What is HireDov and how does it work?
Dov is an AI sourcing agent you hire. Describe what you need to buy — he finds qualified suppliers, sends each a tailored RFQ in their own language, chases every reply and brings the quotes back to one dashboard, usually within 1–7 days.
What is a credit?
1 credit = 1 supplier Dov contacts, follows up and compares for you. A typical mission uses 30–60 credits, depending on how wide you want the search.
How does the free trial work?
Every account starts with 14 days and 25 credits — no card required. That's enough for a first real mission with quotes back in your dashboard.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits refill every month and don't roll over. Top-up credits are different: they never expire and are only spent once your plan credits run out.
What if I run out of credits mid-month?
Buy a top-up pack anytime, or raise your monthly credit volume with the selector on your plan — the price adjusts automatically.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. Changing plan or volume applies immediately and replaces your previous subscription. You can cancel anytime — you keep any top-up credits you've bought.
What can Dov source?
