These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of HireDov (the “Service”), an AI sourcing agent that helps you find suppliers, send and follow up on requests for quotation (“RFQs”), compare quotes and negotiate pricing. By creating an account, starting a trial, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
HireDov automates sourcing tasks on your behalf: it researches suppliers, drafts and sends RFQs, chases responses, and summarises quotes and options. HireDov is a tool that assists you — you remain responsible for your own purchasing decisions, contracts, and any agreements you enter into with suppliers. HireDov is not a party to transactions between you and your suppliers and does not act as a broker, agent, or guarantor of any supplier, price, product, or outcome.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorised to bind that company to these Terms.
You agree not to use the Service to: break the law; send spam, deceptive, or abusive communications; infringe others’ rights; scrape or overload the Service; resell or sublicense the Service without permission; or attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service. You are responsible for the content of RFQs and messages sent through the Service and for ensuring you have the right to contact the suppliers you target.
You retain ownership of the information and requirements you provide (“Your Content”). You grant us a licence to process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service uses AI to generate research, messages, and recommendations. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on it. You are responsible for verifying supplier details, prices, certifications, and terms before committing to any purchase.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant any particular sourcing result, price, saving, or supplier quality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireDov will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold HireDov harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your RFQs and communications, or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of France will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
