How credits work
Every supplier Dov works on for you costs one credit. That covers the whole job for that supplier: finding and qualifying it, sending a request for quotation (RFQ) in its language, following up when it goes quiet, reading its reply and adding its quote to your comparison table. Suppliers that are only listed but never contacted don’t use credits.
- Small mission — a niche part or a local service, 15–30 suppliers: about 15–30 credits.
- Typical mission — a product with suppliers in several countries: 30–60 credits.
- Wide search — a strategic purchase where you want every serious option: 80–150 credits.
Plan credits refill on every monthly renewal and don’t roll over. If you need more in a given month, raise your volume (the price adjusts automatically) or buy an extra credit pack, which never expires.

Which plan fits?
- Pro — one to three sourcing missions a month: a founder, an operations manager or a small buying team that wants quotes without spending days on email.
- Business — continuous sourcing across many categories, a team sharing one workspace, and extra help such as supplier vetting, samples and landed-cost quotes.
- Enterprise — large volumes, specific contract terms or a security review. Email us.

What is a credit?
1 credit = 1 supplier Dov contacts, follows up with and includes in your quote comparison. A typical mission uses 30–60 credits, depending on how wide you want the search.
Can I see results before I pay?
Yes. You describe your need and see the suppliers Dov finds before you pay anything. A subscription is needed to launch the outreach (RFQs, follow-ups, comparison).
Is there a free trial?
No. Instead of a trial, you see the supplier list for your request for free, then subscribe to launch the outreach. You can cancel anytime.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits refill every month and don’t roll over. Extra credit packs bought on top of a plan never expire and are only spent once your plan credits run out.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can raise your monthly credit volume (the price adjusts automatically) or buy an extra credit pack. Nothing is sent without credits, so you are never billed by surprise.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Changing plan or credit volume applies immediately and replaces your previous subscription. You can cancel anytime from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies, based on your billing address. EU businesses can enter their VAT number.
How does annual billing work?
Pay once a year and save: Pro is $249/month billed yearly instead of $299, Business starts at $649/month billed yearly instead of $799. Credits still refill every month.
Does HireDov guarantee a lower price?
No. Dov gets you more quotes, follows up with every supplier and puts the offers side by side, which usually gives you more room to negotiate — but prices depend on your suppliers and your specification, and you always make the final decision.
