About HireDov
HireDov is an AI sourcing agent for businesses. You tell Dov what you need to buy; Dov finds suppliers, sends requests for quotation, follows up and puts the quotes into one comparison table. You make the decision. HireDov is operated by ELBILIA & CO, Paris, France, and launched in October 2026.
Why we built it
HireDov comes out of B2B trading. Day to day, sourcing is less about strategy than about email: finding twenty plausible suppliers, writing the same request twenty times, chasing the twelve who don’t answer, then copying prices, minimum order quantities and lead times into a spreadsheet. It is slow, repetitive and it is exactly why most buyers settle for two or three quotes instead of ten.
Dov does that repetitive work so buyers can compare more offers in less time, without hiring a sourcing assistant or learning an enterprise procurement suite.
What Dov does
- Understands the request — plain English, a pasted spec or attached files. Dov asks one or two clarifying questions if needed.
- Finds suppliers — manufacturers, distributors and service providers from the web, directories and company sites, worldwide or in the region you choose.
- Drafts the RFQ — you review and approve the email before anything is sent. It goes out from [email protected] or from your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox, in each supplier’s language.
- Follows up — suppliers who go quiet are reminded automatically.
- Compares the quotes — replies are read and organized into one table: price, minimum order, lead time, terms.

What HireDov is not
- Not a marketplace. We don’t sell goods, hold payments or take a commission on your purchases. You deal with suppliers directly.
- No guaranteed price. Dov gets you more quotes and helps you compare and negotiate where possible; prices are set by suppliers.
- No autopilot purchasing. Nothing is sent without your approval, and the choice of supplier is always yours.
- Supplier vetting is a starting point. Dov screens suppliers, but checking certificates, samples and references remains part of your process — see our supplier vetting checklist.
Where we are today
HireDov is a young product. We are working with our first customers and improving Dov every week. We don’t publish customer logos or testimonials yet, and we won’t make up numbers: when we have real, verifiable results to share, they will be on this site.
Data and security
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. Each company’s workspace is isolated, and the service runs on Cloudflare’s encrypted infrastructure. If you connect your own mailbox, HireDov only requests permission to send email on your behalf. Read the privacy policy and terms of service.

Is Dov a person?
No. Dov is an AI agent. A human team supervises the service, handles support and steps in on missions that need it, but the supplier search, RFQ emails, follow-ups and comparisons are run by Dov.
Who is HireDov for?
Businesses that buy from suppliers: founders, operations and procurement teams, importers and manufacturers. HireDov is generalist — products, components, materials, packaging and services — and is built mainly for buyers in the United States working with suppliers worldwide.
